Contemporary and innovative cushions for children in highly individual alphabet-based designs

Edinburgh-based Catherine Rozdoba-Hallows set up her soft furnishing and homeware accessory design label for children in July 2009 following a successful pitch for investment to fund her innovative design business.
Your designs in a nutshell I am inspired by the learning process of children and their constant desire to know more. My patterns juxtapose familiar shapes and objects with the more exotic and abstract. The designs are structured and geometric with complimentary combinations of bold colour.
Your motivation? A love and a need to satisfy ideas in a visual way, and making designs that my three-year-old son Oscar enjoys
What’s with the name? Elsie Dodds was my Grandmother’s name
