Inspired by a love of all things sparkly and feminine, Mandy Louise Field has created a collection of hand-crafted jewellery that is not only very beautiful but also has an extra heartfelt dimension that sets it apart. ‘As well as making the wearer feel fabulous, my jewellery also has a special meaning, which I hope will make them long-cherished gifts.’ says Mandy. Using the finest semi-precious stones, fresh water pearls, solid silver pendants and angels wing clasps, Mandy hand crafts each piece individually at her studio in North Yorkshire. Under her label Angels Finery, many of her pieces feature hand-inscribed messages such as the rather touching ‘together as one’ or ‘behold the angels.’ ‘I adore every moment of creating jewellery,’ says Mandy, who launched her business in 2007. ‘I spend as long as it takes to hone each design until I’m totally happy.’ We think Mandy should be proud of what she has achieved. And not just because she has created such a stunning range. For every Childhood Wishes bracelet sold, Angels Finery makes a donation to her chosen children’s charities.
